Metreeca hereby grants you a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable license to use the Software, solely to access the Service or for purposes connected with the Service. You may not reverse engineer, reverse compile or otherwise reduce to human readable form any software associated with the Service, nor attempt to do so, nor assist anyone else to do so. The Services are provided on an “as is” and "as available" basis with all faults. To the extent permitted by law, Metreeca hereby disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including without limitation warranties that the Service is free of defects, merchantable, fit for a particular purpose, and non‑infringing.

You bear the entire risk as to selecting the Service for your purposes and as to the quality and performance of the Service, including without limitation the risk that your User Data is deleted or corrupted. These Terms of Service constitutes the entire agreement between you and Metreeca concerning the Service, superseding any prior agreements including, but not limited to, any prior versions of these terms. Any failure to comply with any of these terms will result in automatic and immediate termination of the Service.

These terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any action or litigation concerning this agreement shall take place exclusively in the Court of Milano, Italy. If any portion of these terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining portions will remain in full force and effect. The failure of Metreeca to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. In the event of a conflict between a translated version of these terms and the English language version, the English language version shall control.
